Award-winning graphic novelist Ira Marcks will lead a day of workshops on Friday, April 4th, presenting the art of comics and cartooning at Coxsackie-Athens High School. Students across 9th-12th grades will participate in an in-depth presentation and drawing exercises gaining a strong foundation in visual storytelling.

Sponsored by the Athens Cultural Center with funds from the Milton and Sally Avery Foundation for the Arts, the Athens Community Foundation, the Greene County Youth Bureau, and ACC members.
